FALL OOTD: Denim on Denim

Hey loves,

Today I share with you guys how I achieved this perfect denim on denim fit. I’ve decided to do a little mini fall fashion series here on my blog instead of doing a FALL LOOK-BOOK video on my Youtube channel.

Finding a denim on denim outfit can be tricky. Some hate to see it, but once its done well, it looks pretty fire af (pretend the fire emoji is here, lol.)

The first thing to think about when doing this is the style in which the pieces of clothing are. This is pretty simple, do you want a jeans pants, shorts, jacket, shirt or blouse. This depends on the style you want. That will determine how your overall look will come together. The question is, “Do you want to be classy, chic, or street?”

What to look for when picking your denims?

Things to look out for when finding the right jeans are the color, wash and weight of the jeans. Make sure it has some texture, and distress to it, that way it seems more dimensional (it gives you more shape/curves with the different color washes). It will flow better and seem more “denim.”

NEVER OVER DO IT !

If you deciddecide on wearing the same color denim for your entire outfit (clothing) never over sell it with accessories (hats, scarfs etc.) and shoes, thats an over kill. Instead of looking hip and trendy, you’ll just look like a thrown up ball of jeans (sorry not sorry).
