Happy Friday K-Stylers,
Its so good to be back.
This look was inspired by November, the leaves falling and the trees changing color. There is this beautiful spot on my way to work, I always admire it when I pass by. This outfit was a simple and casual fall OOTD. It is perfect for the transitioning on and off weather where its not too cold to wear a jacket, but not cool enough to just wear a long t-shirt.
Last Sunday I was feeling good and I wanted to look good, so I got all dressed up – to run errands, yes, I know, but that’s okay. In a couple of days I’ll be throwing a party for my mom, so I’ve been busy planning the surprise along with many other things life throws my way. I may vlog this adventure so be sure to check out my YouTube channel the following week of this post.
This sweater was brought to you by my dad’s closet. Am I the only one who’s guilty of raiding their families closet? Whenever I want a loose sweater or shirt, I always check out my brother’s closet, but this time, dad came through. I love the stripes and how it represented fall so well. I paired it with a medium colored high rise denim jeans I got from Ross which are comfortable (FALL HAUL VIDEO) and I love how the distress is done. Making it more dressy, I wore my suede taupe colored ankle booties I got from Burlington about two years ago, and this cute metallic gold cross body bag I got from the mall on my trip to Florida two Christmas’s ago. I can’t remember the name of the store though, sorry. Making it more “feminine” and “boss like” I tucked the straps in.
What is your go to errand outfit and what item would you use to spice it up, and make it more dressy?
